Location: Richland, WA

This wine village project is designed to be a destination for everything wine.  The design combines incubator wineries, retail space, a demonstration vineyard, hotel and restaurants.  Environmental features include the latest in sustainable winery practices such as gravity fed wine making, storage of wine barrels in under ground caves, solar panels to provide electricity of all buildings, and water recycling.
