This 18 unit apartment building was sustainably designed to have photo-voltaic panels capture the sun on it’s large south facing shed roof   The exterior is wrapped in a corten steel shell with a warm glow of cedar at the decks and entrance corridors.  Additional environmental features include: heat pump mini-split space heating, combined building heat pump water heating, electric car charging stations, 100% LED lighting, and environmental interior finishes.  Scheduled to be completed late 2018.
