Bainbridge North Tolo Remodel

This labor of love required taking the home down to studs in some areas and rebuilding it from the ground up.   The design truly embraces the idea of a modern rustic cabin in the woods with the custom barn doors throughout, concrete countertops,  new modern kitchen with touches of natural stone, and custom cedar seating / planter accents on the decks.  Some of the environmental sustainable design features include:  A new high efficiency heat pump heating system, Bamboo floors on the upper level with a hydronic radiant heating floor system for superior comfort on those cold wet winter days, New energy efficient fiberglass windows throughout, Spray foam insulation in the crawlspace to create good thermal comfort as well as a great air barrier, 100% LED lighting throughout, Recycled plastic and bamboo decking, and finally a heat recovery ventilation system to bring in healthy fresh air without increasing the heating bills.
